Veneers
Laminate veneers are thin “facings” which can be placed on the front of anterior (front) teeth to provide cosmetic enhancement. Size, shape, and color can be formed to the patients expectations. Veneers can be fabricated out of acrylic or porcelain, and bear a striking resemblance to natural enamel. Minimal preparation of the teeth is required before veneers are made, and in some cases, no preparation is needed at all
Placement of veneers should begin with a consultation with one of our dentists. Proper pre-op planning can insure that your cosmetic concerns are addressed. If tooth preparation is needed, you will be fitted with acrylic temporary veneers, while a dental laboratory fabricates your laminates.
If your teeth present with discoloration, minor rotations, crowding, or have open spaces between them, than laminate veneers may be for you.
